DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer complimentary UK delivery on all orders.

Each piece is made to order and individually crafted, requiring approximately 14 working days from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product description.

​

Once your piece has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your piece has been crafted and dispatched, not from the order date.

For those who require their order sooner, Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) is available at checkout for £15.

​

Kindly note that orders placed after 11:00 AM on Fridays or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you require a piece sooner than the standard 14 working day crafting period, please contact us at info@georginakatejewellery.com before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible, although an additional surcharge may apply for expedited production.
